I ran around today for 10 hours trying to defend with 30 in bg vs best part of 200 enemies, I'm reflecting on that and am not pointing blame. Everyone pays their own subs and makes their own choices, however in this game you can accomplish very little without other people, many seem to forget that while 'it's only a game' the people playing are real and have real emotions.

Personally, having spent almost every night the last few weeks running bgs that try to defend Albion, repair keeps and generally make rvr fun for the masses not the select few the emotion I feel most is disappointment in fellow Albions. As I said above each individual makes their own choices in game, while Eggy could have changed things by stopping the raid each individual there can also try and defend if they choose to.

Losing the relics does't really hurt us that much - but the rifts that have been opened within an already divided realm will do

If eggy had canceled the raid and we had gone to defend the relics, yes we might still have them.
You really believe next time eggy tried to run an ML raid that they wouldn't of attacked again.

If people are expected to drop all their plans everytime the relics come under siege, it's unlikely any large PvE events will ever get run. Maybe we should set up /bg raids in private, and start only letting a select few people from the right guilds attend them. That will show the hids/hibs who's boss yeah!

We can take the relics back... yes if I had been off leveling an alt then i'd probably of logged someone on and gone to defend. But I had planned to go on an ML rush so I decided to stay on it.

If we are going to go slag people off, how about those who read there was an Eggy ML rush, could of worked out the mids/hibs were going to attack and wern't logged on. All those who went to work, spent time during the day with their kids, you were watching a program you wanted on TV, you hadn't got up from a late night the night before. HOW DARE YOU!!! Lets hold them every bit as responsible as the people on the ML raid! The relics are nothing more than bytes on a computer somewhere and personally insulting people over them is completely retarded!

Here's a mad, nay impossible (?!) way of looking at things:

My ML rush was planned way in advance. I guess probably 60-70% of the people there logged on specifically to get their char MLed. It's all very well for someone with TOAed chars to say "FFS OMG LOG AND HELP THE RELICS", but that means dee-diddly-squat to "Dave the scout" who plays once a week. One of the reasons I play is to challenge myself in my raid leading. Doing 5 MLs in a day is great, and people appreciate that.

Just because relics exist doesn't mean everyone should be expected to defend them. Quite frankly I'm sick of all the whine. My raids are obviously the most popular around; and mids/hibs are known for planning relic raids during them.

Well if you think after 5 hours on a train at 6:30am getting home from a party, (with the full and sole intention of helping 200+ people do their MLs while using up my free time), I'm just going to drop it all because some Alb keeps are under siege, you really don't have your head screwed on straight.

I made a disclaimer in my initial post to stop any type of whine relating to this.

Stop being so selfish. If the Alb majority really TRULY gave a shit about the relics; they would have left for the frontiers. Simple as, end of.

Ok, so wanting to save the frontier, and relics and stop Albion being humiliated like it was tonight is suddenly being an 'arrogant fook' now is it? Well if thats what it takes to care then call me guilty, i'd rather be that then not give a damn, at least we know who we can rely upon in the future, sadly for albion thats very few people.

As for Elbeek and Pinky, I don't know and I don't care what they said or whats up between them its sod all to do with me, leave me out of it.

The only person worth looking up to in albion at the moment is Favail.

If the ML rush hadn't been organised i'm betting that 30% of the /bg that was there may very well not of been logged on at all. Now lets assume that 30% of the /bg was actually running 2 accounts, i'm guessing the number is actually probably higher than this. Now lets stop yelling OMG there was 150 people who didn't come defend QQ! Even if the /bg had been cancelled, we would still of been outnumbered! So lets also find the people who wern't logged on and abuse them as it's clearly there fault!!

Please dear god please, everyone seems to of had some sort of breakdown after going to bed last night. Yes its sad that they have the relics off us, but in perspective reset is inc soon and we'll get them back. But I do agree with Kagato, you would expect albs to drop the ML raid and go to defend the relics, well at least some of them....(Not Eggys decision either)

Same way I stay up till 6am and defend relic keeps from Alarm Clockers just like takhylock did last weekend....Same way I stayed up till 7am last night just to make sure they didnt try it again this week...That is fun for me, wouldve thought more Albs wouldve taken an opportunity to defend relics when they needed defending, because its a very thrilling experience just like primetime RR's can be....

But it seems very few were out defending, and others prioritised the ML raid, sad situation for those of us who have grafted a little bit to keep those relics where they belong i.e. living like batman majority of my weekends... Yes I know Im a lunatic

I wasnt on the ML rush, wasnt defending (which I wouldve been doing), I was in bed....but sad state of events to wake up to tbh, even tho I thought but for a very few people the Albion Realm Community had already had the final nail put in the coffin anyway with ludicrous cm prices.

in regards to Kagato, I will apologise for the comments i made...althoughu are wrong, I will be in frontiers to day rebuilding.

As for ruining your game....yes my actions made the mids come and spank u, but lets resolve this now....send me a cheque for £216.00 and then continue with my account payment's then you can tell me how to play my account.

I play PVE when i wanna and rvr when i wanna, I was in frontiers most of last nite trying to push mids back, but albs gave up...

the OMG I HIT FOR SHIT! SOD THIS IM LOGGIN,... attitude won, Albions now not l33t, now where gonna have to work together to solve it...

FAvail is the only man/woman in game I know who has respect from all.....

One thing.....when zerg is moving, some guild grps joined after the zerg was formed.... no mention of target, when asked or questionsed about whereabout....all you get is "you should know by now, FFS stick with zerg, MOVing!!!" some points.

The group i was in had 3 rams and 3 trebs, we gave up as no info flowingf cos of the paraniod nature of the albs..

This was extremely unfortunate - however we'd had 4 or 5 hours of Mids being exactly where we said in bg we were going to be. I did PM people with locs and targets if they PM'd me to ask and I recognised their names from past raids. I don't want to have a private bg the whole point of it is that it's inclusive but after several Mid attacks timed so well paranoia kicked in.

As you know if you usually follow my bg raids I usually wait for everyone, and ensure all get there but by 8 last night the endless WL bombs etc exactly where we'd said we were just meant that getting anywhere was tough. I did give out the meeting places, wait for people to get there and stop regularly en route for people who lagged off etc. I have to also admit that by that point I was starting to feel churlish and thinking to myself why should I wait for people who didn't come to help when we needed them - managed to put that back in box now though.
