Disabling Windows XP balloons

How do I disable the XP balloon that pops up every time I turn my laptop on telling me I'm connected to my wireless network ? I don't need every balloon disabled, just that one.

afaik you have to disable all balloon tips.

Advanced]

set EnableBalloonTips to 0.
