Disabling the anouncer Voice

Damn, well, that anouncer it starting to get my nerves $#=#$%=)#$))$!

But CliffyB come to our rescue and post a tempory solution for it:

"In you USER.INI file you can change:

bPlayAnnouncer=True

to

bPlayAnnouncer=False

To disable the voice. "

BTW, the User.ini is located on the system folder, if u didnt know...
