Could you give me any advice? cooking instructions etc?

I'll do you a favor and NOT say :D

I believe none of my "family recipes" would go down well(pun intended) with your GF.

Chop some mushrooms and bacon. Heat some oil in a wok or large pan. Chop some garlic and add to the oil. Add the mushrooms and bacon and cook it all for a few minutes. Add some milk and a pack of stilton cheese, chopped up. Stir until all the stilton has melted and made a thick sauce.

Cook some pasta tubes, when cooked add to sauce and serve. Voila. Well easy, cheap and really nice. If you are flush, you can also add chopped up chicken to the mushrooms and bacon.

just about everyday the last fortnight ive been eating a stir fry.

sharwood egg noodles, cook them while doing stirfry. take 4 minutes.

fry your meat in stir fry oil (sesame oil, ginger and garlic flavours) and use chilli paste. put the chilli paste in the oil while its heating, mix it up then add the meat.

once cooked, transport it to a bowl and cover with a lid.

cook your vegs in the wok for aslong as you want, usually about 2-3 minutes will do it.

at this point, you can add a sauce if you want a sauce. sharwood hoi sin goes well with this.

youve already removed the noodles a while ago and left them to drain.

re introduce the meat and mix it all up. throw your noodles in and keep mixing it up. then optional here you can add lea and perrins sauce.

i let it cool while i clean the pots as i prefer it than when its still boiling hot.

1. Tin of baked beans
2. 8 sausages
3. pack of bacon
4. 12 eggs

Empty above ingredients into a pan. Deep fry until everything's congealed.
Serve with fried bread and Tizer.

Classy

Hunter Chicken

Decent sized chicken breasts
Plenty of Bacon, enough to wrap each chicken breast
Good strong cheddar
Potatoes
Garlic (as much as you like)
Nutmeg (ground, as much as you like)
Decent BBQ sauce (the Jack Daniels range is the nuts imo)
Butter
Vegetable oil, or rape seed oil
Olive oil
Rock salt
peppers, sliced
Green leaf salad, add a dressing if you like.
A wok or good sized frying pan
baking dishes
saucepan

Pretty easy to make.

Cut a hollow into the middle of each chicken breast and stuff it with cheese, completely wrap the chicken in bacon, pour on a little olive oil, put in the oven at a medium temperature, around 150 for about half an hour, then turn it up to 200 for another 20 mins or so until the chicken is cooked all the way through.

Meanwhile slice the potatoes (as many as you want) and boil them for 3-5 mins until they are lightly cooked but not soft. drain them and put them in a hot wok or frying pan with butter and vegatable oil, add the garlic and nutmeg and fry until they start to crisp, add the rock salt and mix together, being careful not to break up the potatoes. once they are crisping nicely put them in a baking dish and stick them in the oven for 15 minutes.

Water down your BBQ sauce (you may not have to do this but I find its a little to strong to use as a sauce when neat) put it in a pan and heat it up.

Serve with green leaf salad and peppers, with the BBQ sauce poured over the chicken breasts.

Piece of piss to make

Get a small frying pan and place 1 slice of wafer thin ham in. Add 1ml of oil, then spunk in the pan. After 2 minutes, poo in the pan and mix well. Be careful to wash your hands afterwards.

Punch gf in the kidneys, then show her your food.
