Nice. I did just read through the answers to be honest but I like it anyway. :)

It's 10 downing street because of X being roman numerals, the ing is going downwards and st. is short for street. :p

for 24 I'm thinking "The Jam" but it doesn't quite fit... any other bands with jam or marmalade in their names?

No I meant the Jam, but it may just be a band I made up!

Pearl Jam fits better, the phrase is confusing tbh, preserve reflect on the jetty... makes little sense.

Pearl certainly fits the water aspect.
