Dilemma regarding "saved" files.

*cough* so, umm, let's say that a person i know, lets call him "Bob", long time ago saved a game CD as a iso file. Now let's say that "Bob" also managed to break/burn/misplace the original game-cd. Shame. I know. Real sad thing. *cough* Damn cold.

Now, would there be a way for "Bob", to play this iso file, install the game as it may, as if it was loaded from the cd drive? Some virtual CD drive or some sort like that?

Bob really likes his Carmageddon...err...original?

Oh yeah. The PC original ain't that much better. It's crap controls, crap graphics(sorta), not much content(well, there is), mission things suck donkey parts...but daaaaaaaaaaaaamn it's fun!
