hmmmm, am still only 17 - so old albums take m back to when I was 10:
Giving us the amazing Roxette's Greatest Hits (suprising long considering) and a couple of old compilations (including Now 1995 - look it up, it's a classic).

Apart from that it is pretty sound. :)
And the compilations have BOTH Scatman singles on them :D

How about the Outhere Brothers Boom Boom Boom? lol

Haha! The Outhere Brothers did a great song called "Fuck you in the ass" and yes, it was about fucking [a girl I imagine] in the ass :). Trust me it's really funny.

tis true east 17 were the best boyband ever, they played instuments and wrote their own songs.

I also found both versions of the x files singles, and John Alford :puke: (what was I thinking)
Also found an album by Louise but I was about 13 then and the album was bought purely for the front cover.

MP3s don't count, gotta have the vinyl experience.

As regards Blue Monday, the song itself is a classic, but the "hip" packaging deserves a mention; it was a 12" EP and the sleeve was made to look like a 5 1/4" floppy diskette, with multicoloured bars along the top.

In fact I've just found an entry on eBay selling it, here the pic:

Actually I saw New Order playing on TV a few weeks back, on that Jools Holland programme I think. I have the Substance album and often play it in the car, it's incredible to think it was back in 1987 !

No one can win because of Vanilla Ice -that was good :p

The only vinyl in my entire house is Cliff Richard, and even I am not willing to take responsibility for that one.
