Would be interesting to get a view of that as it passes, too small for us to see though?

Actually the earth and the asteroid will exchange tiny amounts of momentum, maybe knocking a second off Earths orbit in a gazillion years or summit.

When an asteroid with a Torino score of 5 or higher turns up, *then* I'll give it some attention. Until then, I don't worry about it...

I only worry about the 500m+ ones really and those are pretty much all tracked - the little ones arent worth worrying about unless you are directly hit and thats about as likely as a lottery win.

Jupiter vaccums up the worst of them lucky, Mars and the moon occasionally get slamdunked too but our lovely lovely atmosphere saves us from the damage alot of the smaller ones would do if they hit.
