Different cheap to get bd template

Made little bit different template to my bd... There is Harpy feather cloak for its disarm and disorient procs 'cos i melee if enemies get too close And wanted to make this template cheap to get so theres no GoV,nailah or other expensive stuff. So here we go ...

Just because someone makes a "different" template you decide that this person is a "tap+strafenoob" and an "idiot". I thought people posted their templates here for others views on the templte, not to get insulted on a personal basis. Perhaps this is a player not to expericenced with a caster class, so give him some slack.

And for your "I am usallly allways constructive", now you can also add "and sometimes arrogant and rude for no reason".

Even if you have time/patience its still slow to level, unless of course you mean time/patience to wait for 1.71 or whatever for the "simpler" arti leveling stuff.

On topic:
I don't really like the template because it is not a cheap/easy to get template. You have 5 artis?! That will take time or cash. And maybe I was extremely lucky but I did naliahs robe in a group of 5 (1 caster, 2 warriors, a healer and a buffbot). There are some artis that are very difficult to get hold of but just because an arti isn't fotm doesn't mean its easy to get.

I would say Re-Do the template aswell, without harpy cloak. It will be easier to level, in 1.72 or what was the patch, which changed things so they level from every monster or something like that.

BTW, those legs are horrible to level too.

I have seen worse templates, but there are a few change you can make to improve it, with out useing to much money.

Naliah's Vest: Its not hard to get, just bring a few guildys and/or friends, and you get the arti, and scrolls isnt that bad to get either (or buy if you have the money) This will give you bonus to your spell dmg and spell rng. Some consinde it a pain to level, but its not much worse than the other, since you have like a gazzilion mobs you can pull

The cloak could be a good idea, but I would say its not worth the time you have to spend lvling it. Warp of Withstanding or some other cloak might be a good alternative(alot of time saved)

Alvarus Leggins: Not realy worth it, you can get RoG with better stats . Its also a true pain to level, havent done it my self, but a few friends keep whining about it Can easly be traded with a normal drop, or guest item, and then just change some stats on ur SC'ing

For casters + to stats you already have speced high has little effect. But I see your Darkness is low. As a BD you will use ur baseline as well as your taps, and with 6+1(at RR 1) your baseline nuke will be extreemly unstable. The dmg will still be unstable at 6 + 11, but the avrage dmg will be noticbly higher.

Snatcher's Tale: If you manage to get it, im sure the extra Rp's etc will be nice. But I have heard several rumours that its bugged, and can rearly be completed. This is just hearsay, but still consider it a smal warning.

Staff: Try getting ur hands on Traldors Oracle. Easy encounter and it gives you 5% pirceing and Arcane Siphon (5% to not use power while casting) + a charge that increse ur dmg with 5% and give you another 5% piercing

Anyway that was about all I had to say this erly Monday morning, its about 6.00 AM wich is the reason why I have even more typos than useal

EDIT: He said he was doing an easy template, and didnt even wanna try to make it "perfect". So saying : Remake doesnt help him alot does it? No offence, I would have made another temp my self, but with a few changes its a decent easy temp, but not a hardcore one ofc.

Im just gonna comment on one thing, why on earth do you use your staff on anyone? i can understand if u do it on a seer or a caster, but its just stupid to use the staff when u meet anyone that has styles, especially if u fighting stealthers, why on earth would u give an inf the chance to get in dragonfang for example? Its not like you will hit a fully buffed inf with the staff anyway. But ofc, if u just fighting lowbies in DF or something then i can understand it more.

And Moon staff charge lowers body resist by 35% and lifetap does bodybased damage. And if infil or some other stealther will suprise me then i just have to fight with staff ... no use for runnin away. Thats why i putted that harpyfeather cloak for hopin its disarm proc But that was just a somekind vision ...

Like i said, easy 2 get if u have cash , anyway the ring and cloak is easy farmable with 3-4friends cause they drop on ml1.1

And the pants are a easy quest drop

Now you will get the BD version from the seven coins quest which you can have as +4 points into whatever skill you want. You can change the +4 points in Darkness on the legs to the skill you want. There is also a 7% spirit resist on the legs you can change to something you might prefer.

Everything is etiher quest or can be farmed by warrior/buffbot setups except for the staff which is a ML9 drop. Its however drops from one of the easy to farm mobs and as most people would rather have arti staffs it was cheap on the CM when I purchased it (1.5plat)

Total cost was:
~500g for cloth set can't remember exactly and the MP hands and feet might cost more nowadays.
1.5plat Staff of heavenly bodies
1 plat for cloak of flowing fire - ML6.1 drop ("group step" can be done as warrior and buffbot)
750g for Band of Ice

Then my GM did the SC and ablative procs on the set for 3.25plat which was exceptionally reasonable

So I got the whole lot for under 7plat and about 4 days questing. It might not be what you want but I don't think you will get much cheaper.
