Hmmm, not completely sure what to make of it. I'm sure I'll like it all the same but is it going to be completely over the top?

Apparently It's being directed by the same guy who made the underworld films which got a lil silly in the end (wow a new super hybrid thing...5 minutes later, wow another new even superer hybrid thing!...5minutes later...well you get the drift). A little worried he may try and do the same with this.

Digging out Rocky was a nice idea tbh.

I liked Stallone in it more than the others - he had a lot better acting and more compassion in his words etc.

I always considered The Last Boyscout to be Die Hard 4. Even though it wasn't as high octane, it still had lots of classic Willis.

This film better be good. I did like the new Rocky film, and maybe Rambo 4 will suprise, so let's see.

You people are the same people who think there's too much magic in harry potter, or that star wars is a bit "jedi balanced"...or...think that the snowman is a bit outdated

they dug up rocky but th film exceeded my expectations i didnt think it would of been as good as i thought it actually was.. lets hope die hard 4 isnt disapointing also not as if they wasnt good films prior.

The only reason I post concern is that it's being directed by another person thus a different outlook will be in the film. I just happened to dislike the underworld series so this worries me a little bit that they may go a bit over the top. I know die hard isn't exactly the MOST realistic theme but then, this directors themes up until now have been all about setting a norm (vampires and werewolfs in most cases) and then having a few completely over the top, out of whack characters to base the story on.

I'm sure they wont let vampires come into the story here but there are a vast number of ways they could go about screwing it up although with the whole yin and yang balance thing, if they screw this up even in a small bit, some other place in the world is gonna have a mighty good day!

Nevermind, too much staring at a screen doing work I'll stop now.
