And how can your barb do 8k dmg when my lvl80 paladin only does 1,3k-2k!?

its 4-8k over 3.8 seconds, poison skills are very powerful in median xl, sorcs can do upto 400k or so eventually over x seconds.

+ spec dark on paladin, pointless going holy until you get better gear, dark/mindflay spec is sickening + you get a pet you can cast 5 times that can't die and does alot of damage as darkness (slayer)

Check Median forums, theres a program they made that lets you respec your character legit (doesnt give you any bonus just lets you respec what you have)

its called MXL_Respec

I've got a level 100 sacred unique scepter you can have although you need 202 dex to use it + its more of a caster mace, stats are:

+3 all paladin skills
23% velocity bonus to holy armor
21% bonus damage to wrath
40% faster cast rate
45% fire spell damage
250 defence
75 life after every kill
40% chance of better magic item
-50% requirements
50% damage to undead

if we're on open battlenet we're on the same server goto crate game and just put game name: 1234 password: 1234 set difficulty to normal (since my mule is level 1)

heh I never got around to playing DS2 on hardest difficulty, got bored of running through the game over and over ><

With a 6 man team it'd be so easy it'd be pointless so I've gone solo for all 3 difficulties.

Does get a bit repetitive but some of the boss fights really require some tactics with only one man, whereas for six it'd be a case of power;power;power;etc.

There are mods you can get to make it much harder I think which makes full power teams viable, I tried one once the monsters were nails.

Ahh well I cba to re-start over - already level 80!

But each level is taking about 45 mins - 1 hour and one of the last bosses I won't be able to outdps till I'm 98-99 myself. So to take myself away from that twenty hour timesink I will give this mod a try!

ps. i got the cracked version, is it necessary to replace the d2 patch file with an older one (one that would normally be in the folder, if the game wasn't cracked?) or if so, could i do it with the cracked version?
