or to roam with a sorc xD

Assist stun bot after mezz, DI 2, Purge, Mcl, 30rej for spread heal and 44 enh for spec AF xD

can hide them under a bridge when killing stealthers etc...

bots are fun if u can manage to play 2 chars at a time :drink:

well taking them with you is abit lame, as main thing with taking em to keep is to res yourself and maybe heal some.

You can get some laughs out of it.. Defending a tower once I ran out with a level 45 menta protected by DI and took on two scouts (rr5 and 6 ) killed one and the other stealth escaped. I think i might have been blue con to them ;) Still can get killed easy tho at that level because 1 hit kill do happen alot more.

taking them with you means it's slightly more 2vs1 than the usual buffbotted vs unbuffbotted ;)

still, it's a sorc+braindead cleric rather than sorc+live cleric. Which would you prefer?

of course not that anyone on excal has ever towed along a bard bot for speed/end or a shaman bot for permasprint.

The enemy player will see you as yellow once your over lvl35.
But that is only untill you die, then they can see your real con and spells etc. still work as they should.
IE. A blue con still has less of a chance to resist then a proper yellow con player. (lvl 50 player)

mmmm =))) DI3 and BoF 3 on a bot is worth a try, only prob is RR7, so missing 5pts :(

The downside is, that you need to be grouped, lowering your Arrrrrpeeeees.

With DI bots, do you also mean the semiafk clerics in 95% of the albgrps with DI on??

Anyway, they need a good kicking irl, so they wake up.

Kinda frustrating to rush into a grp, solo. And then after u have made ~3000 dmg to a caster, his life actually goes down, but then most of the clerics have moved out of range from banelord interrupt radius or have instaheals ready. :)

There was a video of a guy running about 5 chars at once, lots of wiz, ran up and he simutaniously pbae'd everything.

Forget the name of it, perhaps someone else has knowledge of this video?

It's TEH Teamwizzy. That guy is awesome and runs 6 chars at once. 1 mincer, 4 wizzys (thus the name), 1 cleric and he gets outside help from sorc for mezzing. He made 2 or 3 videos and he'ss truly awesome, just search these forums for a post about him (with link to videos) or check www.teamwizzy.com. That's different, though, cause his goal is to actively play all the chars at once. He never said how he did it (well, he claims to have 6 keyboards, but I guess that bollox looking at his casters nuking synchro), but well, I think he doesn't want problems with Mythic or doesn't want others to copy him (tbh, I also thought about making a server/client proggy that transfers keyboard hits to another computer to make things happen there (like casting spells etc)). Very interesting is his way to counter zergs. He calls the method BBQ and essentially consists of stacking 4x VP3 on a huge amount of enemies, toasting them all at once =)) and it seems to work very well.

Sure there has been a lot of flaming like: my grp would own you in seconds etc, but after doing it for that long and getting to RR8+ on all his chars, I guess this guy MUST have some kind of experience with playing that stuff =))

Range is very, very small. A cleric bot with DI in the central keep won't even reach the battlement walls.

From experience they reach outside the keep.

He's using a standard one-to-many switch type, Blackbox will have a few to choose from. With the same classes and exactly same specs/abilities, it will work perfect - as we can all see from his video.

Sure you might call him sad, but I got a kick out of the vids and they made me laugh, more than most other vids do. He's got a nice setup going :)

people say that all the time to him and it's just useless crap. Just cause you aren't able to do it, let him be. It's his way of playing and it's not like it takes him more playtime to play 6 toons instead of one. Besides that, he often repeats that he also got a family etc. so why can't ppl stop posting BS about that guy?

EDIT: Yer sure, I think he either does it with a swich or with a program (I'd do it with a program though, so you can control with macros etc to have more utility and easier access to some stuff (like: MoC + perma pbae while unsticking or so)

I think its quite clever tbh, able to play a fg, with lesser players, and still perform well, I struggle with just scout + cleric in PvE alone.

i got to say i agree though.

I feel for me to use a second computer to make my primary character viable is quite an extreme measure, its just I have got used to the concept.

playing 6 accounts 4tehwin though does take the piss.

he uses an wireless keyboard linked to all the wizards.. theyre QB#s are identical so when he presses 1 button they all do the same... as for the mincer.. pftt thats the only seperate keyboard i think.

Mids are definitely the worst off when it comes to this since Healers and not Shamans are the ones who get DI, and Healers only have baseline buffs! (Of course, I guess the "serious" Mid stealthers have a hastebot as well.)

tbh, a server/client proggy which can transport complex commands would be much better =) If I have time to make that, I'll run 2chars in thid for fun, like mincer +pbae or 2 mages or so, whatever=))

Even if healer dies, buffs won't drop in that situation. :p

With normal cleric/drood somewhere, just kill the char and the main one is buffless.

Also a potential breach of the CoC, so I'd watch out if I were you.
