DF First Impressions?

the monster actually look like monsters an some quite fearsome. I really miss that in normal DAoC. Theres only few mobs that really look mean. Hibernia is shafted the most in that respect :) who fears a cluricaun or a badger? Even in the EZ you come across large animals mostly... mhhh

Darkness falls has nasty demons, and for that i love it.

DF needs a pub. :)
DF needs Kill Tasks for 30-40's.
DF needs a Smith, and all the crafting fictures and NPC's.
DF needs all the trainers.

Why?

Cause I never wanna have to leave. :p

Problem is that the low-levels will very unlikely make it to the other realms DF areas... so realistically only high-levels have a chance of RvR in DF. Thus I proposed that greys should be left alone since it really does suck ass to be killed by hoardes or even one purple while exping in a multi-realm dungeon.

Being lowlevel and all I recommend a /quit :p at least for 5 minutes.

Heh, that was quite funny, I was in a group farming lilispawns, when we saw a load of level 35+ run past us, screaming "mids inc!!!!".. I looked down the ramp, and there were big, bumbling fat shaps in the shadows. Instead of running, all us greys locked shields and decided to do a last stand in the name of grey kind. Unfortunately (I think) for us a load of our boys ran down and killed all the mids.

Still think DF will become an archer heaven. You can stealth around the mobs, and then shoot at enemy realm people from the other side of a cavern and know they can't chase after you because of all the aggro mobs between you. :p

I could do with being lvl 50 tbh ;p the odd purple mob uncovers me when they are in a swarm. e.g. the Cambions on the hib side near legion room and the shredders on the mid side near legion room that dont let me quite get there.

shredders attack you THROUGH stealth, they dont unstealth you first, at least the ones getting towards the centre area do, the ones on ramps I've not noticed them doing it.

This makes them incredibly hard to get past, you have to stay out of aggro range. I guess they were made to prevent exactly what I've been trying to do - sneak into the other realm's areas and gank yung uns.
