Maybe the permanent ban is entered manually, and a temporary 24hr ban issued when a cheat is detected.

those logs above are also from different servers, so players may have connected and been banned from several.

One thing that needs removing from the source is loader.dll as I can think of 4 ligitimate programs off the top of my head that use that.

If you are having a problem with the TFC one gimme a shout and I'll try and sort it for you.
