suplements baffle me. surely if you want to be healthy simply having a good, balanced diet and doing plenty of exercise > putting loads of chemicals into your body?! logically, it is the complete opposite of healthy.

i got some cod liver oil capsuels...vit c and multi vits, and i think some zinc...but i never take em cos im a rebel!


edit: ok sometimes ill eat a vit c tablet with a square of dark chocolate but thats yummy not healthy!
