Desert Island TV Channel

OK so you're stuck on a desert island with a TV. You're allowed to have one - just ONE - television channel, and thats what you're going to be stuck with until you get rescued. Could be weeks, months, or significantly longer.

So...what television channel would you select ?

It can be terrestrial or satelite, but you don't get a DVD/video/CD player, no games console. Just the TV. You can elect a radio station instead of a TV channel if you like.

For me, I guess it would have to be one of the 1970s / 80s TV Gold channels...

...here they play repeats of all the sit coms, some classic films, and classic kids TV from the 70s and 80s. Stuff like Fawlty Towers, Blackadder, Some Mothers Do Ave Em, It Aint Alf Hot Mum, Are You Being Served, Steptoe & Son, Rising Damp, The Sweeney, Minder, movies like Long Good Friday, Taking of Pelham 123, Cassandra Crossing, Jaws, Towering Inferno, and all the best kids programs like magic roundabout, etc etc etc etc

It has Ray Mears' Bushcraft on it! Can learn so many useful things on how to survive and pwn the wilderness! Also has some re-runs of Top Gear, so I can act like I'm at home dreaming of one day being able to drive those super cars like they do! Catherine Tate show for the funnies! Airport so I can imagine the day I arrive at Heathrow and meet that fat Russian bloke! And the occasional movie at 10!
