I think that both teams decided to play 2-2 before the match BUT the Italians have no right to bitch about it cause it was their own fault that they didnt made it to the next round. Agree with Dil, Denmark had a few clear chances to score, yet did their best njot to (if you watch the match again and notice them hesitating for ages before attempting any shot in second half). Also notice how the goalie ( just before the equalizer was scored by Swedes ) didnt catch the ball but left it right in front of him instead.
But then again Italy has no right to be pissed about it, if you really want that championship you bloody play and not exhange fluids with your opponents jerseys.

It's funny how italians are bitching about moral. Anyone who accually saw the game would know that it wasn't fixed. It all started when Boniek (old polish striker, who works for some italian network atm) hinted that Sweden and Denmark would play for a 2-2 score. All because Poland got knocked out of the qualifier by Lativa due to a 1-0 win against Sweden. He started the rumor mill. All I can say is that its funny how people starts to talk about conspiracy theories. Imo the people who accuses other people of conspiracies are those who are likly to conspire themselves. Italians can whine all they want, but the fact is that it was their lousy games against Sweden and Denmark that stopped them from advancing. Teams who can't make on thier own merit don't deserve to advance.
