Ive never really bothered with this stuff, but apparently ecsl matches require a demo from all players.

So
  1. How do I record a demo?
  2. How do I view a demo
  3. How do I takes a screenie
  4. How do I view a screenie
    [/list=1]

Not too much to ask is it?

Ello m8.In your Cs configuration you can bind a key to "take screenshot".They are kept in your CS folder just have a look you'll see 'em.For my retail version it's Sierra>Counterstrike and there you are.
Dunno about demo's , I always used demoplay for mine in Q2,but I think Sierra has its own utility.

Commands are.

record demoname
stop

playdemo demoname

To make sure your demos playback and are not corrupt there are a few tips.

1) Always stop recording demos before map changes.
2) Begin recording at the start of a round, preferably after a sv_restartround, this helps the player models stay accurate.
3) For recording league games it may be wise to record two deoms for each half, this means that if one is corrupt you at least have some of the half.

Edit: Oh and for screenshots, put this in your config bind "a key of your choice" "snapshot"

Thanks fellas.

Chets, to play a demo, do you jus start a game and then type the playdemo in console?

if its the end of game screenies you need for "league" games
CS does this automatically -- once you have checked the relevent box in the "customise" (or is it configure?) menu
saved as .bmp's in your cs dir
