Been there, done that..

first i played hib, then deleted my 2 lvl 25+ chars
then i played albion, got a 46 mincer, and some other 20+'s then i deleted them too, then i went back to hib, thinking it would be good, but no way, after lvl'ing 2 lvl 25+ again, i deleted and went back for albion
and now, im 50 at least, i could have been for ages, but as my story clearly speaks, deleting didnt help at all...

The biggest problem with lvling up again is if you do it with pickup groups. I'd suggest finding some other people to do some serious lvling with at set times otherwise you will get frustrated.
