Deira : Account lost since transfer. What's new about ?

Hi,

I want to know if there are any news for this problem. It's more then one month that someone of us can't login .

Why GOA don't use the CTO website to verify our personal data and send us the password stored in GOA DB ? I don't think that we are more than 20/30 person that lost account.

We can log in in CTO Account Management Site but we can't log in Deira

because CTO doesn't like us and we can't force them to send us the details they have on you. That means it makes it nigh on impossible to verify who you really are not to mention you're still in Phase 1 so no CS support at all . We haven't forgotten you though and even if it takes some time before you can log in again, your characters will still be there in the state you left them. I wish I could give you better news, but that's all I have for the moment.
