Can't you use Alacritious rog thruster? They have 30% celerity iirc, but no double proc though

Did this with blade weapons pre fine steel , not worth it tbh too much hassle and i hate celerity charges

You might want to check the resist buff things: tarka/champ weap/CL tend to be mutually exclusive but it's a bit buggy to say the least.

ive used it on us , works fine

Slayer is my fav offhand i have conflag sword but i prefer to use as a mainhand swap tbh :lol:

Dunno but tbh tat belt is a pain to farm so i just remade it with negative energy one:worthy:

You can as of next patch all realms will have access to lumi necklaces/warshadow bracers/deathwatcher chains etc etc.
