I considered it but with slayer offhand crush will be 29% anyway so i can live with it more than with the alternatives which would be a large magical resist hole

aye it still has the end drain aswell which is a downside given everyone uses end pots making it quite worthless except/maybe or 2handed users or Battlemasters that are hitting fast/burning through end fast.

The problem is since its magic dmg those weapons, is If u face a dementia vamp he will rip u too shreds if his resists are up, And a hero/arms/warrior that uses fury or has really high AoM will make ur dmg be like 50-70 a swing.

Yus thats my point and thats why normal offhand > leggy when building templates, sneak vs sneak fine I give you the dual leggys but anything else and poof normal weapon wins.

i was only pierce for rr8 but i jad alot of fun with it , gs+champ offhand did some seriously nice physical damage and i have on old machine some 2000 damage perf's on cleric's//scouts with double crits

Can't you use Alacritious rog thruster? They have 30% celerity iirc, but no double proc though
