Decent Web Space suitable for personal page.

Ok bit of a plee here.
I would like to be able to host my website away from an isps webspace and being a bit of a noob in this area i thought id look for suggestions. MY requirements are :

Costs <£20 a month or so
A fair amount of webspace like 100mb or sumit. Enough to host pictures basicaly.
PHP 4 etc
MySQL might be nice altho i dont utilise it atm.

if possible in this budget range, support for gallery, e.g. netpbm or imagemajick.

I doubt the last bit is possible as it sounds like a custom server job. Failing that suggestions for a php only gallery script are welcome (all i want is thumbnails of pictures with comments and full size clicky links)

On ebay, http://www.hosting-unlimited.net/ are doing their elite package (52 quid a year or 5 a month for 20 gig space, 10 gig bandwidth, unlimited everything else) for 17.95 a year... and the support/uptime really is the bollocks, top value

I also have an unlimited account though off ebay, 4 quid a year... its with finzo.com and it has unlimited space/bandwidth/sqldb's etc etc... It was running shit slow last week but the uptime is good and this week its running as quick as my connection will let me download! Obviously dont expect good support or to rely on it as a primary hosting solution but it's nice for mp3's lol

1GB space, 25GB monthly transfer for £30/year from ukhost4u.
I've been using them for over 2 months and would've recommended them up until last week... since when website has been down more often than not. Although they've given reasons for the drop in stability and it should be resolved soon.

It has been a good service though, with fast downloads and everything as stated. There're user-forums aswell with support from the people who run the business. I haven't seen any better deals for the same price(except for unlimited deals)
