Decent Head sets?

I need to get a headset....

I want it to be mic only, since I have a nice surround sound setup, and don't want to use headphones....

Should be good for gaming, and not be too cumbersome to wear... looks are an extra, but not essential

Any ideas? What do you guys use?

Just get a mic on a stick. Seems pointless to buy a headset when you don't need one.

Can you not buy those mics that are supported by your head and ear ?
