i believe barrys doesnt allow custom decals but ive just downloaded wally and would like to use a custom decal on some other servers but as im probably thick as a very thick thing im having trouble getting my head round it

wally has a hl decal wizard which should easily convert pic files to .wads but having selected the .jpg i like trying to convert it was a different matter as it wasnt divisible by 16 which i quickly sorted but then the length*width has to be equal or less than 10256 or something like that so for thickos like me could somebody please explain hot to turn something like a .jpg 1250*800 file into a custome decal.wad as mucking around with the resize option and other suggestions is doing my head in

You MUST resize it or it won't work. I can't remember the sizes but most of the logo sites have an FAQ. In fact theres probs a .txt file with wally that tells you.
