happened at my gym, i cancelled and they kept on taking it out I just went in and pointed it out (polite and civil) they just did a quick check to make sure i hadnt been in and i got reembursed; easy as.

be ready to stand up for yourself but try the polite approach first.

Put it all in a letter. Then go in and talk to them, try to get it resolved. If it does not get resolved give them the letter. It will help as you have explained from your side what happened. If they continue harrasing you go see the CAB.

Also note down time, date and name of person spoken to in a diary when making calls to them to try and sort it out. Helps enourmously if it goes further.
