Its a shame that some of you assume all grey-killing is about feeling powerful and having a small dick etc... you guys let a grey live and it makes you feel all 'nice' and someone mentioned valour? hehe, well basically you guys are getting your 'power' fix by NOT killing the grey, you spared him, what a hero, pat yourself on the back 
The whole point of the frontiers/df is the extra risk from invaders, the lower lvl you are the greater the risk. Its stupid to expect to be spared just because you are low level.
Possibly the most annoying death is the stealther that waits for the lowbie to pull a mob then xp kills them, /laughs and jumps on the dead body..... u assume its a 12yr old who gets bullied in school, but maybe its some1 actually roleplaying an 'evil' (shock, gasp...) assassin who takes pleasure from merciless killing. Thats not my style, but if ppl want to do that then so what? if that ruins your day then you are the one with the problem i think.

What irritates me is when ive been playing with some greys for a longer ammount of time, and suddenly a lameass hunter or sb comes and 1 shots them.

Because the view is that enemies don't "belong" to anyone and are fair game in RvR.
At what point is it ok for someone to play the game and kill them? When you leave?

well, I think .. every1 like need to keel smth .. to get some satisfaction .. but well, when u cant keel yellow in rvr , u start killing grey con, thats ur prob ..
As a savage, I can solo almost all and I am leaving grey con ppl alive =) (when I was grey con , they did killed me T_T)

hmmm was so sweet to kill greys...after all if they want to play with the big guys.. that is the drawback..
