another thing, if u see some1 at the roof, report them? anyways I will post the response from goa here when I've recieve an answer.
and those of u who say its not a bug because u can target ppl there and shoot/nuke/mezz/whatever, try play an all melee char and see how fair it feels when u need to jump up there with low hp(risc of slipping out of the edge) and bad lag.

What Subbiz mean here is "whenever you see an enemy tankclass, come out from inside the keep and let him chop you up".
Pfffff, I'm a Paladin, EVERYTHING is out of melee range so complaining about someone being on the roof is pathetic. It's pathetic because everyone can get up there and people from EVERY realm does it and you can be killed up there easy by a ranged attacker.
Subbiz your just a poor whiner trying to justify your own lack of skill saying it's others cheating on you. Baaah
Subbiz you and Nicky are the worst whiners on this forum, every post is about someone being lame and worse or people you describe as cheaters. Why do you keep on playing if people piss you so much off every time they kill you ??
If someone's on the roof you get some ranged attackers to kill them.

Bug abuse are still bug abuse even if every1 does it.
Sure you are targetable on that roof, sure every can get up tehre, archers gets a little range bost while upthere, so the benefits from the bug are not that great, still it's a bug, and useing it is bug abuse.

Find it quite funny how some albs that cried bug abuse and ban, when a few Hibs stood in the wall at crim, thou when your own realm m8s use bugs, its ok. ( roof bug and the xp bug Congo reported )

and there is roofs where you can stand unseen and be able to attack, and roofs where you cant be targeted.

Let's see if GOA does anything about people standing on the keeproofs. Personally I've seen players from all realms doing so and as long they can be targeted and shot at I can't really see the problem.

Bug abuse isn't just bugabuse. Some kind is worse than others and standing on a roof is not one of them, IMO.

Hiding in walls is unfair because you can't even be hit by ranged attacks.

Maybe if we had some ingame support, more bugs would be reported and fixed.

if its bug-abuse you are lurikeen in real life;)
Everyone stay on roof on all keep raids in Mitgard and Hibernia
and they are easy killable.
Hibs usually kill everyone who get on such roof instant with their bolts. Middie archers and RMs do same .
Cheap try really Sub

Hehehehe, never thought I'd agree with an alb, one of the nastiest too, but Veeshan is completely without blame, period. Bothering GOA with bullshit like this is rather idiotic.

Just to clear things up.

That is NOT bug abuse, not by mythics definitions anway.

From the friday grab bag.

"Basically, I would recommend no one fight from a roof. Doing so is a quick and easy way to get a reputation as an exploiter, and to invite scrutiny from our staff. For those of you who do not mind a reputation, here’s a quick and dirty way to tell if you’re exploiting: If you cannot be targeted, hit, or if you can only be hit by one type of attack, you’re exploiting. Get down.

For those of you who do not appreciate sharing server space with these creatures, ---------> here’s how to tell if you should /appeal someone and get an investigation going: Get an archer, a distance caster, and a point blank caster. If only one or none of you can hit the roofer, he’s exploiting. Appeal him.<---------- And even if he’s gone before the CSR arrives, don’t sweat it too much, because the fine fellow is now on our watch list."

If you take an archer, pb caster and normal caster both the normal caster and the archer can hit the guy on the roof from below the walls and from the walls. i *think* a pb caster can damage from just below the roof standing on the wall.

So this is clearly not bug abuse. I do not know however how GOA see this, as i have not heard any "definitions" from them regarding roofs.

And yeah, i normally sit up there myself, but as other people said, its a death trap.(i just like the view  )

I recieve a very clear response from goa:
Recently you requested personal assistance from our on-line support
center. Below is a summary of your request and our response.
We will assume your issue has been resolved if we do not hear from you
within 48 hours.
Thank you for allowing us to be of service to you.

I asked for a deeper explenation and a share of their politics with such a thing...
I just want to know if its ok for me to move to every fucked up spot I can think of, and "take advantage" of every freaking little "glitch" in the game....

its not so hard to get knowledge of a shitload of bugs (yea, this game is pretty bugged but many are rarely found) since we're behind the US ppl... they often tend to know a thing or two.
If its ok to use a bug (IMO) as long as its possible to work around the system, well, perhaps its time that I find other intrests. perhaps diablo2, here the cheating is more obvious and noone really seems to care about moralic stands, just an example..
