Days for a Dragon Raid

On which days would you join a Dragon Raid, or wouldn't you at all?

I work 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, then 4 off so I can't promise to be there on the same day every week as this means I start work one day later each week. However, if I'm off on the day they are running I will generally be there
