Won't work....it assumes you are in a possition of power and that griefers are not.
If the greifer can kill you they can kill you again, for example hunt a purple that ganks you on Camlann and they'll just gank you again.
If the greifer does not kill you, but instead harrass you, spamming you or leaching, they do not need to use a character they value so none of the methods mentioned above would cause them to do anything other than start a new character to continue doing it.
This isn't a greifer solution, it's PvP and as we all know by now PvP does not solve the problem, simply make it more expected.
