dunno if this was posted here already (didnt read whole thread, am sleepy), but always when i transfer, first i look for guildies who could help me, if i cant find em i try to get high lvl people (who must most definatley be guilded in a well-known guild) and also i log the whole action. even when transfering with guildies, i always repeat what am i adding.

I'm an officer of ASq and have tried to get in contact with Darkenend to clear this little mess up but to no avail as he didn't log on yesterday.
Btw, did you even bother trying to mess him or anyone of us in his guild before slandering his name in public? This sounds like a big mistake with the trade window and a newbie player to me.

GOA should have a special char to report to i a case of theft.

There are other ways to communicate then BW you know.

Let me make clear: By refunding you I'm not saying he did wrong cause maybe there was tradebug involved and he needed to log due to rl issues. In that case this thread will be misplaced for sure. Maybe we can start flaming about that one then

It is possible that he went link dead, or crashed to desktop, or had trading bug and went to relog.

So don't mark the guy as a thief immediately. Have you seen him around since?

not looked at forums for while nice to see 70% of replys are from idiots who dont know what they talking about still.

one person wants to move some kit, they see someone they ask them they give kit , log on with name they told person and ask for kit back. if person doing transfer has tradebug they would say it wont let me transfer the owner would then tell them to relog and try again. if he had some mega urgent reason to log due to real life, and how many people can say they got to log that momement because its so urgent, other than house burning down, come on show some common sense. After the fire was put out and hes got access to computer why did he make no attempt to contact the person whose items hes holding.

as for the stupid replies about not reporting on rightnow as theft, report it and if told tough luck then thats it, not like you have anything to lose by not reporting a theft. all you morons saying its your fault for trusting tough luck, if you lent someone load of money and they did runner you would be first ones down the police station.
Only replies that have been any help to anyone new to game so far are to, ask high levels to help with transfer of kit since they are less likely to delete char after geting someone else to do a swop with the stolen kit, or ask someone in a guild since again bit less chance they will screw you. another way which still holds risk is to swop some items and gold/silver then if they seem trustworthy swop the rest, this of course only works if you have spare char slot and not having to delete char your replacing.

Bowen is trying to do the right thing, we, as members of ASq, are trying to maintain the name we already have for ourselves.

We are known to be a nice friendly guild (quite a few have told me anyway ) with a good quality of members

If there are allegations against one of our members, we will try to sort it out

I don't know what has happened to Darkenend, but he is no longer a part of ASq

We believe that getting new blood into the guild is good, and as such we try to invite people whom we believe would make a nice addition to the guild.

Unfortunately, some ppl *looks at Tilda* turn out to be not so nice...

I dont know what has happened with Darkenend, but I do know ASq will do whatever we can to sort the situation out.
