if u do not have port to UF u can always get a quest in kobold undercity that ports u there, it's towards the undercity trainers, kind of (can't remember the npc that gives it out though)

Run from the bindstone in the middle towards the stairs up until the trainers.. Instead of going up the stairs keep going straight, and it's the first NPC on the left.. quest is level 40.
