Depends on rest of temp. I use it to cap dex on my thane. (+~20 dex cap)
I like it. I was ready to pay up to 4p for it. And its a bit rare.

I would guess its worth 2-4p.

if you manage to get in 20 dex cap, may i ask how is your str, con, and not to talk about qui, + skills, resist, melee toa bonuses ect ?
