DAOC problem

Well i tried to start daoc this morning and all of the sudden it didnt work anymore. I choose a server to join, the Loading 1.52 screen appears, then the 4 dots (....) After that i dont see the connecting lines daoc just crashes back to the desktop.
I rebooted, reinstalled daoc, redownloaded the paches, didnt work. Now I completely removed the daod folder after uninstall and downloaded the patch ( about 44 MB).
It still crashes after Loading version 1.52 .... screen.
I logged out yesterday at 23.00 CET and nothing was changed on the computer since then. I dont get it

Can anybody help me? Or anyone having the same problems?

If you have ZoneAlarm make sure you hold down control-y to accept DAOC's port usage before and during the castle screen load. I think there was a change in ports by DAOC which may be blocked by it.

I dont have Zonealarm but i tried after another reboot and i could join a server ( i just choose one randomly) after that it crashed again when i tried to join another server. Ill just try again maybe its gonna work after a while.
