Daoc performance Tweaks?

I am running Daoc on this following spec machine,

Athlon 1.3g
512mb Ram
Geforce 2 GTS Pro 64mb
Windoze XP Pro
im using ISDN to connect to the net

I find that Daoc runs fine apart from certain areas in dungeons , such as the Kitchen in DF and The vigil spot in barrows.. in these areas i get a terrible frame rate

Anyone know of any tweaks i can do to make this better?

Right now there isnt a way to help performance much. Even lowering the resolution doesnt make much of a difference. Hopefully SI will help out, it's the games fault not your PC. If you want to try and scrape out the last little bit of framerate you could try this XP optimisation guide from Mythic:
