daoc on w2k3 server.

hi,

im trying to run daoc on my w2k3 server, dont ask why..

first for all, i dont have problem with the hardware, as i can run daoc w/o problems if i use winxp on the same hardware.

gforce5900xt
P4 2.4
512 MB Ram.
... blablabla.

anyway i get the "Render creation failed" error..
New daoc toa installation.
new DX9c.
the User.dat removed and so on...


anyone have experience in running daoc on w2k3 ??
maby its a problem with w2k3 drivers but wich and how to fix ???

Run dxdiag and make sure that Direct3D acceleration isn't disabled on the Display tab. If I remember correctly 3D is disabled by default on 2k3 Server so you need to enable it.

you just need to remember the sound aswell
