doubt u'll find a windows based one

since no one in their right mind uses a windows server


having said that im assuming that the script for the tiwazbot is written in tcl and possible some perl or some kind of script to download the xml and import to local database?

Im guessing any windows based irc bot program would allow u to write bot scripts in tcl so mabye whoever runs the tiwazbot can give u their tcl script?
