DAoC and ISP's

Hiya all need some help from you brainy people

I need to get a ISP account setup for my friend to get onto the internet

However he is looking for a kinda surftime package where he can go on for free Evenings and weekends

BT is just a bag o sh**e so don't even suggest them

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Before I used broadband I used Claranet they were very good (assuming UK which I guess you are)

No problems with Clara in 5 years (they did make me go onto a business dial up package before i got ADSL due 100% to being on this game :) but it cost the same more or less as the broadband package i currently get)

Correct me if i'm wrong but don't all ISP's go through BT for their access points? (or whatever their called)

Same here :)

In fact Im still using Claranet now Im adsl.


Yes all ISP's have to use BT's acces points. But that doesnt make them all BT buddies :p

AOL 8.0 ! ! ! :clap: i joined ages ago, (WHINE!) and i started on aol 6.0 then 7.0 then 8.0, from 6.0 to 7.0 id get constant LDeds but i've lded twice in the last month :D
