Well then, I am also guilty of evil cross-realm alliance cheatx0ring since after getting instaganked at Scathaig, running back to Dagda and seeing the huge wave of red con albs blacken the green hills of Mount Collory and start smashing the doors of our relic keep, I spoke the following words in the #celticfist channel (where players of all three realms are logged around the clock):

"Boy, it would be a real shame if the mids went for your melee relics right about now."

Whereupon with the power of my curse, a 50-man Midgard strike force was instantly teleported to Excalibur, complete with rams.

No, really. When the middies stole the spear and we were desperately running to the midgard milegate to try and intercept, I was in one of the first groups to get there and get smooshed by an alb force, prompting many heated remarks about FFS ALBIGARD in guild and alliance chat. During Sunday's raid on Merlin's staff, when the middies started ganking hibs like crazy in Albion, we were screaming "FFS, what are the damned middies doing? They can't intercept this relic, so why are they helping Albion?" In the frustration of battle it is easy to forget that we are all of us fighting a two front war, and that sometimes when enemy A and B are attacking at the same time it seems as though they must be working together, even though you can't see them slaughtering each other somewhere else. Please try and show us the same respect we should be showing to you.

There has been very little respect shown to the 99.99999% of other hibernians who took a relic and defended dagda, instead, once again, we are dissed. Many of these posts are in reaction to those posts, sad but true.

Well only what we can blame is those guys who just opened Sunblock can to make more tan and opened new bottle of beer/soda ........called also XP:ing somewhere of something...And those guys r ineery realm.....

hib has a lot of people who under normal circumstances exp because we need them to due to less l50's than *some* realms (i believe a quote on irc numbered alb as having 75 or so at one time, tops in hibs i seen around at once is about 25-30). however at dagda you saw pretty much all we could muster. we had about 300 online, and there were about 110 i think at the peak in mount collory, and some in breifine afaik.

Yes big thumbs up to aeindel. Shame your realm mates are so lame to do such a thing.

I have seen it now c0ngo, I think it's dispicable, it pisses me off to think some dickhead would do that. I can assure you we were just as eager to see the outcome of dagda, I for one am not convinced you would have taken it.

On another note, there was a time when only hibs were accused of cheating, seems as if all the realms have low forms of life. Making silly comments like "Probably someone that was from a realm that would be sad enough to do it in the 1st place." usually ends up in tears. How many times have your realm mates bent you over and given you a right good kick in the balls?

We had whole Hib at dagda and couldn't stop you. And several quotes from realm m8es where like
"OMG we can't do anything the guys are so many they just walk through, although we got everybody here. No sense playing this as they just rush over anything." (not a whine simple fact).
That is why I am glad you didn't succed also you would have deserved it. Everybody should be glad as it kept RvR alive on Exca.

And you don't get a middie army to exca in 10 mins ^^ No matter how loud anybody in IRC cries "Albs aren't home raid them now " Everybody should get that. ( couldn't resist it )

I'm sorry, I didn't notice you in our alliance chat when we stated the intentions of the nights RvR. Well, if you say our intention was to come and onw and take a relic you must be right, I am very sorry for doubting you. Arthywr, listen to the boy, he all knowing evedently

The intention was not to come to the relic keep and own , it was to attract enough enough attention to ourselfs and pulling as many hippies as possible out of xping to defend, therefor putting up a good fight.

Damn damn damn and another damn, I would have loved to see the outcome when the 2nd doors whould have been bashed down, but we didnt so nobody knows how it is gonna go, Like at Myrrdin (Think raid before succesful), Hibs break down 2 doors, 3rd door almost down and then, Guard pop! I was standing inside and thought, damn it is lost, but it wasnt.

Sure at dagda numbers where different (+fully repaired doors). Like I think Aeiedil said in the opening post, would have loved to see that outcome

I wonder sometimes what the bitching is all about. Sure its nice to have the relics, but over time relics will change hands a lot, so may as well have decent sieges for them rather than midnight raids, especially from albion. Albion can get a force to take a relic at primetime against defenders, Hibernia imo has no chance of gathering such a force, and I don't think Midgard can either, hence us having to do the faster raids. Cmon alb, come again next friday night at primetime

Hrm, how long after someone chatting in irc did the midgard attack begin?

From what I've gathered organising a relic raid isn't as easy as snapping your fingers... it takes about 30m for everyone to get from the xp-lands to the border keep...

it then takes 30m for everyone to get grouped up and start listening to the leader/port out to where they're going.

Then you have to lead the big lag-snake across the frontier to the relic....

It might be that the chat on irc (plus the scouts in emain... it can't be easy to get through the warzone/nomans land with 100 people without being spotted) made them speed up their attack... push things a little faster...

Not to mention that the albs were claiming keeps like crazy to ensure there was an enemy at home to fight.

Now when did this IRC message happen? before the albs hit the relic keep? whilst they were still doing keeps? before they started on the first keep?
