your hp were falling regularly, they reached ZERO
your name went red, you made a wierd noise, and fell over, started to slide along the floor a bit
then you appeared as if out of stealth off to the side a bit with some hp left...

Seeing you slide accross the floor infront of me made you look dead. And unfortunately, even tho you were standing infront of me just before you killed me, you weren't in view (which is an all too common bug) meaning I didn't get my CB off and had no to-hit on my swing.

Ive seen this happen before once, and it happened to me once, i think its when you die at the very same time your hp regen ticks.

Also something that ive noticed is, in my mini group window, sometimes im casting a heal on a dieng player, and they get it just as they die, so their hp bar moves up but they are dead

This is a combination of game design and lag.

Game design: pre calculation, a feature wich is made to give the game a more "realtime" - feel. Calculating things that r "about" to happen. Combine this with lag....some ppl will see the "die - animation" where the player himself sees 1hp left on his hp bar. Where he then can IP/Heal potion/ FA etc.....

No big deal imo
