I destroyed you and the mob that was after me.. and yes i know it took all my tricks, Ignore pain, Dirty tricks And purge for them damn poisons but you still failed.. i win. i happy

but you are a vicious one that doesnt give up. i like that in an opponent. you did manage to take me down in end. Sure it took you the help of 6 mobs, in which i had been continuously fighting for 2 mins with my 3 group mates and we were low on health at that time. Ok you done your job and killed us in end. well played..

I VOW TO HUNT YOU WHENEVER I KNOW YOU ARE IN MY AREA. LEVEL 50 OR NOT, THIS BLUE CON MERC WILL GET YOU AGAIN.

(ps this not about xp killing etc. fair play to all. death will come where the enemy is, take any advantage you can as she did, still, dont stop me from deciding to hunt down those that kill me that way. . . . . it part of my character as all that know how i roleplay him will know)

Also i came across you at that age, gave you some good fights too in past thou you thought it good to laugh at me whenever you beat me. not something i respect in my enemies. The ones that /bow, /salute. they are true fighters, we are in a war, thou they may be your enemy you respect a good opponent and therefore dont insult them.

Hellskor, cylian whatever you want to be called... buffbot i think not. I only buffed if grouped with a cleric/friar or a friend has spare and throws them on me till needed. I wouldnt waste my money on buffbot and the fact i only 45 should be a hint that levelling characters not something i choose to do. 10months 48days played, 45.4 levels. hmm, what you think?

Right so back to you Freia. . . . . . this post is about the fact that cylian has made an enemy... this game you got to remember is ROLEPLAY game. Now i a roleplayer, hence why i was in the Order of the knights Templar so long, And this is an extension of it.

Corran will hunt cylian down. One day it may be you if we cross paths again freia, no red con to me now.

I, the person behind corran, cares not for his enemy.
BUT corran the character holds a grudge and will hunt down anyone that he feels need to... Today and in near future it is Cylian... Gustov is a target for me too has we clashed many times, and he will know me as the merc that never gives up the hunt for him, constantly i fall too his arrows but 1min later i be right back on his tail.

unless buffed to oblivion I hit one defender, and die to one of the NPC Archers before I get out of range.

about all the 1-on-1 remind a lot of an encounter with a Hib Ranger a few weeks ago ...

Was camping hmg Odin's for a bit when a Luri-Ranger came through.
I got the PA in and happily whacked away on him, quite a lot of evades on both sides.
He used FA2 and was back at full health, got the Frosty Gaze in (woohoo! first time in ages) and got him down to 10% again ... then he used IP ... and little Cylian hit the dirt once more.

Ran back, found him again, got less lucky with evades. Dead again.

This time two Skalds just showed up in time to keep him from stealthing off. They killed him.

On the rare Occassions I've been in DF on Hib or Alb side ... always some guy with a Cleric/Druid stucked up his ass, just for jumping to life in Combat-brakes ... never during fights.

Guess it's either waiting for a group to do anything, getting a Buffbot ... or just quit the game.


And for those saying 'Get some Skill, j00 gr3y-g4nker!'

I've always been able to atleast put up a fight to make it a close outcome in 1o1, still managed this in Duels against unbuffed Players. Be it Warriors, Zerker, Thanes, SBs or whatever.
Those Duels were without kiting.

But when I get my ass handed to me by a blue-con Merc, while I managed to kill a lvl50 Zerker with a good 80% live left for myself the other day ... brave new world this is.

Doubt anyone will miss gimpy Cylian.

the name of this game is fun.. find a part of it that interests you. any other blue con merc most likely die to you.. i killed you simply because i put time into RvR to get me everything i need...

paly sprint off... hmm, maybe he resisted it? i resist poisons a good portion of the time, high body resists mean this is possible.

i agree with you on some points, keep takes are little pointless all in all, lvl 10 gaurds overpowered if you trying to do it alone, you need buffs, you need healing, and you need little people in front of the keep being target by the archers to start with. it is hard life on keep takes now. but same for all. but with relics to defend etc everyone is on high alert and dont worry about losing some bp here and there.

PvE sure seen it all.. SI thou, much more there, give it a chance and see how it goes then decide if it same old same old.

and yes the crafting system for grey items does suck really..

If you not gathered i dont want an enemy running away. there no fun there <smiles> stay and fight. it more fun.

Exactly the reason I ain't going to go on ... it ain't fun anymore.
I've killed lvl50 Mercs, Armsmen ... hell!, even Friars that were looking for me or kicked me out of stealth before I could PA them.

And got everything you need ? work on your Slash-resists ... pretty much doubt that yours are higher than 10% from Chain +3% racial resists.

I'm playing this game for a good year now, trust me, I can find and read the 'xxx resists the effect' when scrolling up ... he didn't.
Snare is pretty useless now. It seems to decrease speed by 40% initially, which is most likely affected by Body resists now ... so even less, then it wears off until Speed is back at normal.
I could catch up to him ... just had to Sprint after him which left me with as good as no endurance myself (I got Longwind1, just to mention it).
And I got capped Body Resists (+AoM) myself ... therefor the ~40dmg/tick of Lifebane... was ~78dmg/tick before.
And before you start with the maths, Lifebane -always- read 64dmg-over-time on delving, it just did ~78dmg/tick.

<smiles> erl i remember you.. i got you.. and i admit, network lag was a big point there.. you were what, 15% health when you got running again, apology for that, normally i wouldnt kill someone that lagged out/ld'd but i had been on the end of one and that is why i was with you at the time... and second arrow hit me. 3rd was blocked. We need a good fight thou some time, you got me after that at some point, was rezz sick till i purged it, but by then i was 10% health as no arrows blocked, ip'd, got paralysied. You a good fighter, i was actually warning of some people that not know you, how people not know you i not sure. shame, you are a good hunter all in all

as for my slash resist, it is at about 12%. and that how it stays till i hit 47 and get gear SC'd. Then when that done i am set nicely. But that be awhile. And RA wise i have got all i need for a good survival chance in any 1 on 1 encounter.

anyhow this has gone way of point.. trying to roleplay with an enemy aint possible it seems shame. but hell still stands, i find me a new enemy to hunt down some time i hope

Not becuase she is a kickass player that has helped me with so many things I cannot do anything ever to repay her for this, not because she is in the same guild as me, but the fact that she is most likely the nicest person I have ever met in this game, i am happy to be in my guild with nothing but nice people but Cylian is Cylian, who can ever take that away?

Cylian is the main reason I play a skald, Cylian is a huge reason to why I keep on playing this game, so if she stops I will stop aswell, gonna play until subs. goes out then I will stop pay for it.
