The name is shown using caps like 'Cyhraeth Cloak' which usually indicates that it a a drop or kill task item. However it has no stats or level and we can't find an NPC anywhere that is asking for them. It is pretty dumb if they have broken the naming convention for what is effectivly 'Junk Loot' but then who the hell knows what Mythic are thinking these days anyway?
Hehe i have loads, as a result of pl a cleric on giants nr hurbury and then cyhraeths while giants 'popping', (merc pling, and guild keep if yer wondering). Systematically asked each npc in the realm over a few nights to find if they wanted the cloaks, no luck. However the cloaks drop with far greater frequency than other such bounty drops, about 1 every 2 mobs which i suspect may be due to the fact it is a bug not a task :/
