Music Cubase 4

Any of you guys up on Cubase?

I'm trying to import a MIDI file as a new project, it just appears to do nothing

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Seems pretty simple but it's just not opening up any windows for me.

I know cubase sx3, even have the book! seems like you got it under control tho. what tunes you pumping out?
