need confirmation on which (alb)classes that can activate this artifact, and dont say "read on VoS noob" as VoS only states all caster classes + friar and i know clerics can activate it.

afaik most can use the stats, but just don't get the lvl 10 effect.

As far as I know, every class can activate it. The point is that most do not get ae effects. The only classes that get ae effects are speed classes, mincers other effects and I think that is it. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
