Why are you lot enduring Queues and this horrible lag? now is the best time to get yourselfs over to a new server before your characters get too high a level.

But its such fun on Eight Peaks!!! I'm having a blast in the constant open rvr/scenarios - I did create a character on an order side for when I'm not on long and dont fancy queueing which is also good as I'm levelling two chars in paralell with completely different abilities which keeps the game fresh.

Im playing on Karak Norn and our RvR queue times on Destro side are just way too long. from 40 mins to 2 hours. Is this only our servers problem or general problem on all servers ?

Some of our servers are seeing regular queues, despite being on full or nearly full capacity. We would advice new players to create characters on less populated realms. The English servers with the highest density and queues are currently:

* Axe Bite Pass (Core)
* Karak Eight Peaks (Core)
* Karak Azgal (Core)
* Karak Hirn (Core)
* Eltharion (Open RvR)

it really depends from server to server and in general destruction has longer queues.

Sigh, the start of the game has not been sunny for me. Im feeling that maybe i should stop insisting on playing Destro, sniff. We first rolled on Eight Peeks and by accident alot of other people including some old DAoC ppl had chosen that server. so the queue at 6pm yesterday was near 1 hour to enter the server. The reason we picked up this server was that some genious thought its 4 times better than twin peeks.. yeah very funny.

Well anyways we managed to get to rank 8 already when rest of our buddies got home from work and started to log in and so forth. Well then we swapped to Karak Norn and here we have 1hour + RvR queues and we had dreamed about levelling with RvR. clearly that is not happening. Rolling 3rd new toon in 24 hours is starting to feel like non-option.

Otherwise the game as been nice and the RvR is indeed very much fun. Its just that you dont get there . Also the public quests seem abit abondoned from 3rd chapter up.

going from level 1 to 10 can be done in ?? 2 hours with some hardcore grinding... consider that and the time spend in a queue.

if possible, just pick a server with low population and in 3 days, you`ll be further ahead than when you remain on one of the most populated servers.

it might seem like a drag, but in 3 days time you`ll thank yourself for rerolling on a low population server.

if a server/side says `full`, it`s a bad server to play on due to the queues.

Get into my server instantly, no queues really. I have also not had a single CTD from the client and have not gone link dead once. Saying that though I have only really had the time for a few hours here and there since the open beta started.

Im not talking about getting on server queue. Im talking about getting into RvR scenarios. And my server Karak Norn was yesterday peek time med-med. Never was Full-Full. atm it was low-low when i logged in.

my guild and myself rolled on a high destruction populated server, yesterday everyone went a new server that opened just yesterday and went order.

got 8 scenarios in a row and R8 RR8 alot of fun.

Play order, preferable on somewhere other than Eight peaks, that'll help your queues out no end.

They need to add something so that crashing doesn't put you to the back of the queue again.
Since the launch of headstart, I've had less time ingame per night than I've spent in the queue, thanks to CTD's for no apparent reason - even CTD's whilst in the queue.

Tonight was another washout for me - 48min queue to KEP, game exited to character select after loading screen, clicked PLAY again, game exited, another 43min queue. Played for 98mins, got a CTD, and a 58min queue, so I've given up.
Yes, I could go onto another server, but my entire guild are on KEP/Destruction, so the game would be pretty pointless.

In 3 days, I've managed less than 5 hours playtime, but over 9 hours queue time :/
