It's a rock band! It's a screwdriver! No silly, it's a IRC score bot! Here's the skinny on CS Tool:
* Gets Score from any 1.1 Cs Server that the user has RCON for
* Reports:-
Round Start, Team Who Won, Round Score, Map, Kills, Sucides, Events(eg Spawned With Bomb)
* Shows InGame Public Chat if Enabled
* Allows IRC users to do !serverinfo and retrieve the name, ip, map, playercount, etc of server
* Can Talk on IRC
* Can join keyed IRC rooms
* Puts Round Score and map in topic if enabled
* Colour Coded Messages
* Can Send Remote Rcon Commands
The "website is coming", so in the meantime you can just download the .zip.

And does it look at the log files or isit like attached to the server somehow ?

No its an irc bot for CS stats (what another one!!!). Seriously though its meant to be very good, its not client or server side, all it needs is the rcon password (and obviously IP).

Hmmm anyone ever used wireplay clan server 6? Know about the password changes?

/me goes downloads CStool, jooks it up to wireplay clan server 6 password "p******"

It tells server to log everything to and ip and port on the machine running cs tool.
(logaddress ip port is command)
it then basically is a log file parser, but puts the results into irc.
