CS Crosshair Color Change??

Hey, wonderin if anyone out there knows how to change the crosshair color. I know that you can change it from the console by typing adjust_crosshair. But that only changes the "unzoomed" crosshair when using the Styr AUG for instance. When I zoom in it changes back to that brownish color crosshair which I CANNOT SEE..
