CS 56k only server

With it being a popular server with us hpbs, and always being full throughout the day, why don't you increase the server capacity to 16 or 18?

Just give us hpb's a little treat. It will certainly still be filled up.

Increasing HPB server by 2 more players will increase the average ping by about 10 when server is full. Can we have two 12-player servers instead plz?

With only 12 BW CS servers having one HPB server is fair. THere are still more players how actually dont mind improving and playing the game against opponents of all skill and connection levels (which are not necessarilly linked).

56k server is always, ALWAYS, ALWAYS full and everytime I manage to conect to it - I consider myself lucky.

One 56k server per 12 normal isnt enough when there are clearly more people wanting to play on it that there are spaces on it.

I agree its popular, I'm just saying I really doubt with only 12 CS servers its wise to allocate 2 servers to a minority. Upping the player level is a possibility and ZapPeh (the CS liaison) has been shown it.

im glad u have little influence at bw then.

hpw's can play on any of the bw servers.

lpb's are not allowed on the 56k server (rightfully so)

so, denying all lpb's access to another bw server would not go down well.

however, increasing the capacity is a good suggestion, if it is viable and doesnt lead to drastically increased latency for players.

It took ages just for one server to be made HPW only and I doubt another one would be converted out of the current CS servers.

I played on that server b4 I got ADSL it is hard to get on true but with ADSL prices falling you soon could feel the force Luke.

Do you realize that some people live 'outside' the broadband range? If you are a townie, it doesnt mean that everyone else is.

When/if BW should add more servers then maybe another HPW will appear but no way in hell could I see them taking one of the current open servers and making it HPW only.

You know, you could always make an LPB only server where us broadbanders can kill people without getting a "STFU!!! UR ALL PING! I WUD 0WN U IF I HAD UR PING" every time we do so.

I had that so much yesterday, "your only 0wning me coz you have a better ping" then he started to moan even more, THEN i got accused of cheating, and then got TKd for Cheating (FF Server)
