Anyway it's not that common anymore. It was more of a late 90's, early noughties (I don't believe I just used that word) thing.

It was very tightly combed back hair in a pony tail, with lots of gel or hairspray to keep it flat. It gives the impression of a huge forehead, which I am sure is not the main aim
