so pc was throwing a bit of a wobble with Diablo 3. Couple of occasions the screen would go blank for about 5 seconds then jump back to game. After closing game there would be a couple of device stopped and had to be restarted errors.
thought id update drivers just to be on the safe side. the catalyst control centre wasnt currently working (always seems to fall over when updating drivers) so I cleared all drivers, ran driver sweeper to clear all trace and reinstalled latest drivers and control centre.
And thats where ive noticed that crossfire is disabled, and options are greyed out. Both cards are showing as fine in Windows, but in the hardware information bit of ccc one shows as primary, one as disabled.
As an extra "weird" thing, now when I reboot the pc, sometimes I get no display at all and have to switch cable to second card, and in windows they show as a radeon and a vga adapter, reboot again and theyre fine.
checked all cables, reseated cards.
